Join the Climate Security Festival team!

Would you like to join in organizing the first Climate Security Festival?

As a volunteer for the festival, you will get a glimpse behind the scenes, have a chance to follow interesting program content, and spend enjoyable days working on practical tasks. At the same time, you will gain work experience in event organization and expand your network.

The event needs volunteers to assist both before and during the event in practical arrangements, guiding participants, and communication. Tasks may include preparations before the event, assisting participants at the festival information desk, providing guidance and technical support, assisting in workshop arrangements, or other tasks as agreed upon. If you are enthusiastic about social media, writing, or have photography and videography skills, you can also offer to help with communication tasks.

You can express your preference for available tasks or sign up to be available for any task. Please also mention the dates and times you would be available. Most tasks are scheduled between Wednesday and Friday, September 20-22, 2023. Also, mark the volunteer info session on Tuesday, September 12th, in your calendar.

We offer lunch, coffee, a free ticket to the September 21st Love, Peace & Anarchy film screening, and reimbursement for travel expenses on event days. All volunteers can receive a certificate for their volunteer work if desired.
