Science for Sustainability Get-together Sparked Discussions on Sustainability’s Different Sides

Organized the 7th of June at the University of Helsinki, the Science for Sustainability event aimed to deepen our understanding of the connections between sustainability, science and sustainability science.

The event was organized as a collaboration between Safer Climate and the Sustainability Community, a new voluntary-based grassroot community for people with previous experience in sustainability as well as people just starting their sustainability journey. You can join the Sustainability Community LinkedIn group via this link

Introduction to this theme by Dr. Janne Salovaara, a sustainability expert and a postdoctoral researcher to EMME-CARE and CLIMCOMP projects at the University of Helsinki.

Thank you everyone for participating and sharing your views!
